FedDev Ontario's Business Scale-up and Productivity funding supports high-growth Ottawa and southern Ontario businesses with repayable contributions for productivity improvements, commercialization, scale-up, technology adoption, and market expansion.
Eligibility
Eligible southern Ontario SMEs, including Ottawa-based companies, with growth-oriented productivity, commercialization, or market expansion projects.
