Eligibility
Eligible applicants are owners or authorized tenants of eligible commercial or mixed-use properties in the Pickering Village Community Improvement Plan area.
Requirements
- Property must be located in the Pickering Village Community Improvement Plan area.
- Applicant must apply before beginning eligible facade work.
- Project must include eligible exterior building or storefront improvements.
