About this program
The Niagara Falls Community Improvement Plan includes a Streetscape Improvement Grant for physical improvements to existing buildings and properties. The grant supports storefront and building-front upgrades, accessibility improvements, heritage conservation elements, sustainability features, and other enhancements that improve the public-facing streetscape.
Eligibility
Eligible applicants are owners or authorized tenants of eligible properties in Niagara Falls completing approved streetscape or building-front improvements.
Requirements
- Property must be located in an eligible Niagara Falls Community Improvement Project Area.
- Applicant must apply before beginning eligible improvement work.
- Project must include eligible building-front, accessibility, heritage, sustainability, or streetscape improvements.
