Winnipeg supports downtown safety and wellbeing partnerships that deliver outreach, harm reduction, community ambassador, safety, and neighbourhood improvement services in the downtown core.
Eligibility
Eligible Winnipeg nonprofit organizations, downtown partners, and community safety organizations delivering approved services.
Requirements
- Participate through City or partner funding agreements
- Submit service model, budget, outcomes, governance, and reporting requirements
