About this program
The City of Cambridge Municipal Fee Rebate Program helps reduce upfront municipal approval costs for eligible development, redevelopment, and improvement projects. Approved applicants can receive rebates for qualifying planning, building permit, and related municipal fees connected to projects in designated Community Improvement Plan areas.
Eligibility
Eligible applicants are owners, businesses, or developers completing approved projects in eligible Cambridge Community Improvement Plan areas that incur qualifying municipal fees.
Requirements
- Project must be located in an eligible Cambridge Community Improvement Plan area.
- Municipal fees must relate to an eligible approved project.
- Applicant must apply through the City's incentive process.
